This gives you Sydney-siders a rare and indulgent opportunity sample from five Champagne styles, including Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle, the world-renowned Laurent-Perrier Cuvée RoséLaurent-Perrier Millésimé 2004, the unique Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut and Laurent-Perrier Brut. A simple menu in a quintessentially French bistro style environment has been created by chef Brendan Cato on the tail of his recent stay in the south of France.

Feeling French? Shop like you’re in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris then have some oysters coupled with the Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut.
