Welcome, I’m Jenny, the person behind meltingbutter.com and here’s a little bit about me.

I’m Vietnamese/Australian by identity and have been fortunate enough to live in many great cities including Melbourne, London, Amsterdam and now New York. I LOVE to travel!

When I’m not travelling and exploring new cities, I’m obsessively researching and trying out the best hotspots NYC has to offer. I’m looking for hotspots that inspire me; ones that make me go “wow”, ones that I can’t wait to drag all of my friends to.

On meltingbutter.com, you’ll only find the coolest, most special, interesting and inspiring restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops, galleries, museums, hotels and things to see and do.

WHO ARE “THE CURATORS”?

I’m so lucky in life to have surrounded myself with many interesting, creative and inspiring people from all over the world whose tastes I trust implicitly. They have untapped knowledge that all discerning travellers should have access to! You’ll notice some city guides from “The Curators” – they are by these people.

I’ve asked The Curators to dig deep into their cities and create city guides for Melting Butter readers that curate the coolest restaurants, shops, galleries and hotspots that can even take locals some digging to discover.
